The loaders were super friendly and very helpful, but they left a lot of empty space in the truck. They loaded heavy stuff on top of lighter items, so several boxes were crushed and 2 of our bookshelves were broken. They made sure that our pets were not let out, which I appreciated. Overall an ok experience, but I wouldn't use them again.

My review of their actual moving services is great overall. They called prior to coming over, arrived within a specific timeframe and were very well versed in moving, packing truck, etc. and very friendly. I would say far better service than I had anticipated. A couple of downsides— afterwards we noticed a large gouge in a wall, a dent in our wood floor and a fairly good sized scrape across our stair railing. Some of this comes with the nature of moving I suppose, but none the less, we had to later fix.

They were two hours late. They were hired for 9-11am. I received a call from company at 9:10am saying that one mover had an emergency and that they were getting a replacement. I understand, things happen. When I asked what’s the ETA was now, they thought it would be about 45 minutes. Putting start time at almost 10am. I explained I had rented a truck and was to have to be done by 12:30! They said it would be fine. 10 am came and went, I got another call this time from mover, saying they’d be there in 25 mins. I again stressed my concern over truck return time. He said “ no worries, we will get there and bust it out”! They finally arrived at 10:45! They were nice and all but my children would point out every time they used in appropriate language, in that way they were not professional. When it came time to go to new home to unload, they said they weren’t following, they were going to go find a store or something first. I went on to new location. They arrived 15-20 minutes later. Finally done at 1:40 He asked me to sign forms. Then to respite text saying job was completed and to add an extra hour to work time. I did. But technically it was only 30 minutes, the only do hour increments.
I had to pay an additional $70 for that. Even though they were two hours late, and the truck was consequently returned in late for an additional fee! The movers should pay for, not me. But I am thankful I had the help just not worth over $400 in the end!

I used them to off load a truck which was loaded by a different company in a different state. These guys were scheduled to come between 2-3 but showed up at 5:45. Granted they called to keep me updated. Unfortunately I had no choice. The apartment complex couldn’t hold the elevators past hours so we were loading elevators while someone held the door. He came with two other guys which wasn’t what we paid for (we paid for 2 men). At some point he made a comment like he only paid for 1.5 hours of parking. We paid for 2 hours with 2 men. They didn’t bring a dolly and refused to use the one that came with the truck. He said he didn’t think it was necessary and was unclear as to what the job would entail which we found odd. they would drag furniture and I would have to say something to get them to stop. They also broke a lamp. Needless to say, this company is unprofessional and I would use caution before hiring.

Very hard workers!
Got the job done, were courteous and careful with my belongings. This is the second time I have used these movers. Highly recommended and no extra cost for a flight of stairs. This was important to me , because I did not want my mom carrying anything down those stairs!

I had scheduled the date/time over a month prior to date of service. I was the first time available - show of 0800-0900; workers did not arrive until 1030. Was told they were running late; how is that possible if I was the first scheduled appointment for the day??
Workers were good; used my personal hand truck which sped up unloading boxes. Good customer service.
Do not understand how there was a such a delay - I had phoned the evening before to verify time of arrival as 08-0900. Not sure where scheduling was messed up.

Not exactly the loading job I expected. Guys we’re okay but one guy kept trying to sell me on his Kickstarter which made me feel very awkward. When I got to my final location I found two pieces of nice furniture ruined because they didn’t cover with blankets that I had provided. I still had lots of extra blankets when they were finished so not having any wasn’t the issue, just negligence. When I called the company to tell them what I found I got no answer and a full voicemail. I still haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone. I can’t for these reasons recommend this company.
