The time frame for arrival was 10 am to 11am they showed up at 11:20, trip to new location the uhaul showed up before they did, and they left 25 minutes before uhaul. Had to call to see where they were. Was charged for 4 hours but they didn't work full 4 hours, they were quick to say something couldn't work without trying it first

We had scheduled an 8:30 start time, but Josh called ahead to say it would be 9:00, at which time they arrived promptly.
We had a 26’ truck to unload, with the big furniture pieces going inside and the rest of the boxes stacked in the garage. They worked at a steady pace, were careful and respectful of our goods. They even helped reposition a very heavy cabinet that had been left by the previous owner. They finished easily in the two hour window. Would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others looking for dependable, courteous and conscientious help in moving.

Just ok. They weren’t moving very quickly. Got it all done did break off a wheel on a desk but I didn’t care. Nothing like the moving crew we recently hired in Portland. That crew was goin full speed running everywhere. Real pros, you could tell.
Wanna impress the folks that pay the bills? Take every job seriously and hustle like they do at les schwab’s.

Were they on time? -> 25min delay ?
Were they prepared for the job? -> They didn't wear gloves for moving. I recommend to wear the gloves for safety. ? (because, woddy broken pieces may stuck to your fingers. It is case by case...)
