Can't even begin to describe how helpful these two gentlemen were. We've used movers in the past who didn't care about getting done within the specified time and didn't care if they scratched our things. J & E movers were extremely hard working, helped us to figure out the best way to unload and temporarily store things until we can unpack. I truly couldn't say enough good things about this moving experience so thank you.

Movers arrived on time and they loaded ok.
One leather couch was scraped up. The 7 foot wide threshold on the double front doors was dented in multiple places from a cheap insufficient dolly .
One mover continued to stop and tell stories or chitchat with us, he also cut his finger and made a huge deal of it.
Owner never resolved the issue of the threshold and wouldn’t respond.

They were VERY late. We understand things happen but this threw our schedule WAY off. For the price we were charged we were left very disappointed. Also, one of the movers was not wearing a mask.

So sorry to say it terrible! Saturday they were 2hrs late Sunday 1 1/2 hours late. It took two days it should’ve taken only one!!! We moved June 1 with the hire a helper, a different crew, at 8 to 10 hours we moved again at the end of that month and it took 8 to 10 hours. One long day !!
The 10/31, 11/1 crew was more like the Three Stooges on ****! They were very inexperienced had no idea what they were doing had no idea how to act with normal human civilized people no social skills. For instantance after they didn’t know how to put my king-size bed together so they kept trying to get me to let them leave without putting it together I had to go to Home Depot and buy $20 worth of screws and bolts and nuts that they didn’t even use . spent three hours putting my bed together because they didn’t know how the youngest one did A flying bellyflop onto it jumping and broke the bed which is made of wood and it’s now broken!!!!!
I was so upset but after spending two that days with them I just wanted to get them out of the house before they did anything else! at the end of Sunday they really didn’t want to do anything anyway I just wanted to leave as soon as possible with all our furniture in pieces!! In pieces!!they were supposed to put it together!!!! After destroyed my bad I just couldn’t wait to get them out of the house! Basically they just took everything out of the moving truck stacked it tight in the garage so we could find nothing I tried to stop them once in a while to see what was in a box so I could bring it into the house to put it in the right room. So most of the things that we really needed ended up buried somewhere in the garage which we spent Monday unpacking to look for all the things that we needed in the house. Many of the things were in containers hard plastic containers that were marked on top with what was in them and I was trying to keep up with them and tell them where they went but basically they just wanted to pile them and stack them in the garage. One had a very heavy smell of alcohol! My husband and I do not tolerate lateness it is rude and disrespectful and to be waiting for two hours at a storage facility for your moving crew is just ridiculous and then an hour and a half on Sunday is just intolerable! I do not think they should be movers because of their behavior their work ethic and they’re in ability to move things without damaging the things and to not damage the walls and to not know how to interact with people and it’s so disrespectful and rude to be so late they wouldn’t answer their phone and they did not called to say they were going to be late! When I contacted hire a helper at the end of October I was trying to find the same crew we had before twice in June 1 and at the end of June they were wonderful and amazing they were three or four men they did a wonderful job they worked so hard they were so polite and so kind they knew how to put things take things apart they would grab boxes out of my hands so I didn’t have to help it was just a totally different experience and that’s what I was hoping for and I got the crew from hell or some circus?? from hell! And now I have to figure out how to get my bed fixed thank you!

All this and you gave all 4 movers a $100.00 tip a peace and hired a 2nd day if I was so mad at the company I would never had set up a 2nd day with them that's forsure sorry you where not happy but you guys talked to me Josh the owner and set up a 2nd day never said one word to me about any of this and to your bed your husband told my mover to flop on the bed and now your mad it's broking you guys should know I don't bleave this review one bit you where talking about drugs all day all 4 crew members had same story when talked to separately and it's not are fault your first movers lost all your bolts stop trying to put it on us we did not hire them.
