called to let us know would be a little late. which worked well for us because we had to pick up a Rental Truck. they worked hard, they were very efficient, they knew how to pack the rental truck better than we could have. They were very careful with the furniture. I will use them again when I move into senior housing. I am on the list and will be moving again in about 1 year. They were just fabulous they were hard-working courteous efficient they brought Furniture blankets and extra things that we didn't have. We even had time to rearrange boxes on the second floor and they would have put together a table for me but I couldn't find the bolts I give them 5 stars and a plus plus for a rating thank you sincerely Claire Keith

Yes, they were on time. They were mostly prepared for the job, except for one major thing. Also, they broke my brand new, newly paid for, reclining sofa! Three guys showed up - they all received the exact same, SIMPLE instructions, yet could not follow them. We should have been watching them more closely, dammit! After noticing how much they did wrong, It has taken some time, and effort to UNDO what they did, so that we can finally move in! No, I would not use them again.
