Josh and his crew went above and beyond to get the job done. I had contracted another moving company to pack my Pods and they never showed up. I was frantically calling various moving brokers and Hire a Helper hooked me up with J & E Moving, which was heaven sent. They were running a little bit late and gave me a courtesy call to relieve my stress. When they arrived, Josh walked through my home and listened intently as I pointed out the fragile items. Once I finished, they commenced working, and never stopped until the job was completed. They were the most hard working crew I have seen in a long time. They were extremely respectful of my property and belongings. I would use J & E Moving again, in a heartbeat. If I had remained in the area, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing such services. I passed out some of their business cards before I left the following day.

The 3 guy's that came out emptied my entire pod in a little over 1 hour. They busted their butts and got it done quickly.

While my three pods were emptied in three days there were a few issues I would recommend. There should be more training in setting up beds. The bottom box springs were up side down causing my top mattress falling through in the middle of the night. My headboard was not connected. And the frame was not set up properly. Perhaps there could be a bit more care to corners and walls. And perhaps I missed it but I was unaware of extra charges for heavy items until we were in the middle of moving. It did not occur when it was loaded. Perhaps training in installing washers and dryers. I did not have them try.

Zachary was pleasant and courteous. The work got done in less than 2 hours. They were delayed in arriving, but I received a phone call indicating they would be delayed, so that was okay. Austin seemed annoyed that he had to be doing this work, or uninterested in anything we had to say.

Movers were prompt and prepared with a hand truck and moving blankets. Did a great job loading the truck, so that everything fit in one load. Unloading was quick.

Had to repeat where things went often. My box springs was upside down. I will have to try to fix myself. The bed was not attached to the head board. Worked slower than other two days. Not respectful of molding and edges. Completely different than first two days. I was really confused.
