Guys were on time...worked hard and fast. They also helped with a delivery delay from the Pod service and completed the task while accounting for the delivery. They were both friendly and clearly experienced. They were careful with my items and organized everything in the pod in space efficient and property protecting manner. They showed up early and it didn't give me time to get all my things together! And they broke one of the pieces of my furniture! And they didn't help at all I had a friend that helped them!! My experience with Thunderhorse Moving was great!
They were able to provide me with their Certificate of Insurance prior to their arrival and they arrived on time. I walked Jorge through what was required and identified the locations of where each item was to go and he and his two workers were ready to start with no delay. We had one hiccup Jorge brought to my attention, which was how to get the refrigerator to fit in the stairwell, but after a few minutes of discussion we were able to resolve the issue. They came prepared with all their necessary tools to make the job run smoothly in a timely and efficient manner. We did go over the expected timeframe, and Jorge advised me of the rate to continue prior to going over our agreed upon time limit.
I would highly recommend Thunderhorse Moving for moving needs and if we ever move again, I would definitely use them again.
