They showed up early and it didn't give me time to get all my things together! And they broke one of the pieces of my furniture! And they didn't help at all I had a friend that helped them!! After they left my friend my friend packed all the stuff that they were hired for!! Would not hire them again!!

My experience with Thunderhorse Moving was great!
They were able to provide me with their Certificate of Insurance prior to their arrival and they arrived on time. I walked Jorge through what was required and identified the locations of where each item was to go and he and his two workers were ready to start with no delay. We had one hiccup Jorge brought to my attention, which was how to get the refrigerator to fit in the stairwell, but after a few minutes of discussion we were able to resolve the issue. They came prepared with all their necessary tools to make the job run smoothly in a timely and efficient manner. We did go over the expected timeframe, and Jorge advised me of the rate to continue prior to going over our agreed upon time limit.
I would highly recommend Thunderhorse Moving for moving needs and if we ever move again, I would definitely use them again.

I was amazingly pleased with Thunderhorse Moving. They were a little late on arrival due to traffic--(totally understandable). Once they arrived, they jumped into total action. These guys really know how to load a Pod!! Pod (which was totally helpful and supportive) had dropped two Pods (large & small) a couple of days before. However, since I have a lot of large furniture, a piano, and many many boxes, I was nearly freaking out with fear that it couldn't all fit. Well--Thunderhorse Moving guys totally know how to load those Pods! They got every single item loaded with scientific pricision! I couldn't have been happier nor more pleased with their work. (Needless to say, I gave the fellows a decent cash tip for their good work.) btw, I had hired four guys--it's a good idea not to cut corners. Anyway, I totally and highly recommend Thunderhorse Movers, and their leader Jorge who was absolutely supportive and made himself available for contact at any time. 5-STARS! WONDERFUL JOB!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! (CA coast 7 Feb. 2018)

Declutter and Organize:Before packing, go through your belongings and decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. Organize your items into categories to make packing and unpacking easier. Create a Moving Timeline:Plan your moving timeline well in advance, and set a date for the move. Create a checklist of tasks to complete leading up to moving day, such as notifying utility companies, updating your address, and scheduling time off work if needed.
