Two man crew hired to unload POD. Put boxes in wrong rooms that were color coded and clearly marked. Damaged flooring and door and walls moving furniture. Said nothing! Our house is brand nen, literally took possession 24 hours prior 2 the two lazy morons damaging it.

These guys did a great job, they showed up 30 minutes early and finished two hours ahead of time. I had an extremely heavy item to move and they worked together to get it in my house without damaging anything. Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend and use again when the time comes.

They showed up a few minutes early. They came with extra tape. All furniture was wrapped with blankets and plastic wrapped/taped and no damage to either house nor furniture occurred while they moved items from the house to PODS storage containers. They did a great job and I would use them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Declutter and Organize:Before packing, go through your belongings and decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. Organize your items into categories to make packing and unpacking easier. Create a Moving Timeline:Plan your moving timeline well in advance, and set a date for the move. Create a checklist of tasks to complete leading up to moving day, such as notifying utility companies, updating your address, and scheduling time off work if needed.
