These guys were truly excellent and saved me an even bigger headache from a very hellish move. I requested them late on Saturday for next day service and sure enough they arrived with a helpful attitude and willingness to get things done. Very friendly, easy going, and I did not hear a single complaint even though my move wasn't organized very well and there was cat hair on everything. I couldn't have hoped for better helpers, so I would highly recommend Thunderhorse to anyone needing help with a move.

I was expecting the crew at 9, and they arrived at 9:30; it wasn't too hot yet, so that was good. We managed to unload the PODS in less than an hour, since I needed help with the larger bulkier objects, such as a washer and dryer and my bed and a fridge. The three young men were very courteous and hard working, and did a good job. I would use them again if offered their services.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Declutter and Organize:Before packing, go through your belongings and decide what to keep, donate, sell, or discard. Organize your items into categories to make packing and unpacking easier. Create a Moving Timeline:Plan your moving timeline well in advance, and set a date for the move. Create a checklist of tasks to complete leading up to moving day, such as notifying utility companies, updating your address, and scheduling time off work if needed.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
