This was 2nd stop, it was questionable if truck would be big enough. The two men did a fenominal job...had it packed tight and everything fit...was so impressed with how pleasant, on time and professional they were. I would definately use Hireahelper again. This was the 4th time using this company and every time it has been top-notch.

Good communication; received confirmation calls when reservation was made and the day before service. Arrived on time, finished on time. Prepared for job with proper equipment. Worked hard and carefully. Were respectful of property and goods. Would use again.

They did arrive on time but only two of the four helpers I asked for made it.
They were polite and didn't complain about how big of a job it would be at first.
They did not pack the container that well. Several holes and gaps.
The job ended up taking more room then it should have and 2 hours longer then it should have.

Seemed like they started a bit slow. Didn’t seem to want to follow my direction in the beginning but in the end, we were all working well together. I understand the workers have loaded many trucks but so have I and I think everyone has their own idea of how things should be done.
Bottom line, the job got completed right at the two hour mark. There were many stairs which added to the challenge. I would use them again and was thankful they were on the job.
