Although the service was good I feel that they were slow knowing there was a flight of stairs involved, the loaders could have been fitter younger and faster. That being said, 4 hours of work and a huge bill of $453, I feel taken advantage of.

The mile high movers came at the appointed time. They were friendly and very courteous. They worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the job and completed all tasks within the agreed upon time. They had some difficulties negotiating some oversized furniture through a limited size door, but they worked on solutions and were successful in completing the work. I really appreciated their ability to be creative and positive in order to complete the tasks. They were very careful to assure that there was no damage to either the furniture or surrounding walls and other furniture. I would recommend them to others and absolutely use them again if the need arose.

These guys worked tirelessly,respectfully, promptly and carefully. Came prepared and did a crackin good job! I had underestimated what time I needed for the move, not only did I get an extra hour, which I was prepared to use, but Nick arranged for me to have yet another hour for a 5 hour total. We are still not done yet, but that is in no way any fault of theirs! Sandro and Sinto(sorry guys, I am sure that I mangled the spelling horribly!) Were awesome. Would move again with this company! UPDATE! Arrived at my destination, my items were not secured well enough with their twine! I understood using a freight truck would incur shifting, but that is NO excuse for the twine that they brought when I provided rope, and showed them that I had rope to break and send all my items higgeldy piggeldy! I fear some television breakage, a glass picture and a stained glass door may be broken. I realize I cannot stand on any leg because no one will insure the move using a freight truck, but do not let them use their twine!!!!! The first part of review does still hold true though, they did work tirelessly., if not as well as previously thought.
