Took me a while to get over my anger. The group that moved us was mostly interested in making money over customers satisfaction. I was charged an extra $225 for supplies they purchased. I was never told about this, and they accompanied me to a ATM machine in order for them to get paid. With the exception of one gentleman, none of them were professional. My wife’s great grandmother’s antique mirror was broken. The frame was just thrown on top of a stack, never wrapped or properly tied down. I was also charged for their drive time to my job. Needless to say, it had upset me enough that I am just now responding to do a review. I do not expect anyone to follow up and return a call. I am informing you of this behavior, as I would not want anyone else to have to put up with what I experienced.

You should be aware that Pro Movers Express are scam artists. They kept upselling additional services, junk removal & home repairs while doing the original moving services we contracted for. They co-mingled these services, didn’t finish the junk removal. Promised they return in the morning & then ghosted me.
