This experience with hire a helper and the actual movers was atrocious. They purposefully failed to be efficient in their movements, process, care for my belongings, etc. There's no reason a professional moving crew should take almost twice as long to unload as it did to load. Time manipulation at its worst.

It’s hard to even know where to start. Unfortunately, the service was terrible.
There were three movers, but only one seemed to have any real experience, the other two had never even done a move before, and my house ended up being their first time.
None of them had the proper expertise to disassemble furniture, and they lacked the right equipment. Because of that, what was supposed to be a five-hour move turned into an eight-hour ordeal. They carried heavy furniture by hand with no belts or safety protocols, which was very concerning.
I personally witnessed three pieces of furniture fall off the truck, literally fall. Two of them were completely destroyed and are now unusable.
They also removed doors from the house but didn’t put them back.
To be fair, one of the movers was professional and tried his best, but he was completely overwhelmed as the others were not capable of handling the job.
Overall, this move was a nightmare. I would not recommend this service.

Showed up three hours late and there were items that were damaged when we unpacked. Very unprofessional.

Showed up late with any agreeded upon moving equipment. Only one worker for first hour. Workers showed up lated both days.
On the days of your move, we encountered unforeseen scheduling challenges that led to delays in arrival. While we always aim to have a full crew on-site from the beginning, staffing adjustments were necessary, which resulted in only one worker being available for the first hour. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the situation.
