They were 4.5 hours late and only showed because we called. They were in a hurry and banged our furniture on the walls and just stuffed items in the pod randomly and not taking care with wrapped fragile items like curio and clock, although all were marked. They were high fives because they loaded a 16ft pod in 1 hour and 15 minutes. My husband and I had to remove and repack the back 1/3 of the pod. We are not assured there won’t be damaged items in the first 2/3’s. We have another pod coming this week and we switched to another loading company to avoid the first experience.

This experience with hire a helper and the actual movers was atrocious. They purposefully failed to be efficient in their movements, process, care for my belongings, etc. There's no reason a professional moving crew should take almost twice as long to unload as it did to load. Time manipulation at its worst.

It’s hard to even know where to start. Unfortunately, the service was terrible.
There were three movers, but only one seemed to have any real experience, the other two had never even done a move before, and my house ended up being their first time.
None of them had the proper expertise to disassemble furniture, and they lacked the right equipment. Because of that, what was supposed to be a five-hour move turned into an eight-hour ordeal. They carried heavy furniture by hand with no belts or safety protocols, which was very concerning.
I personally witnessed three pieces of furniture fall off the truck, literally fall. Two of them were completely destroyed and are now unusable.
They also removed doors from the house but didn’t put them back.
To be fair, one of the movers was professional and tried his best, but he was completely overwhelmed as the others were not capable of handling the job.
Overall, this move was a nightmare. I would not recommend this service.
