Showed up three hours late and there were items that were damaged when we unpacked. Very unprofessional.
Regarding the damaged items, we take the handling and care of our customers' belongings very seriously. Showed up late with any agreeded upon moving equipment. Only one worker for first hour. Workers showed up lated both days.
On the days of your move, we encountered unforeseen scheduling challenges that led to delays in arrival. While we always aim to have a full crew on-site from the beginning, staffing adjustments were necessary, which resulted in only one worker being available for the first hour. We understand how frustrating this can be and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve the situation.
That said, we remain committed to providing efficient and reliable service. We take your concerns seriously and are evaluating our processes to prevent similar issues in the future. If you’d like to discuss this further, we’d be happy to connect directly to find a way to make it right.
