The service was just okay. One of the main challenges was a language barrier, which made it difficult to give clear direction. Unfortunately, they also damaged my property, and I wasn’t able to communicate effectively to prevent it beforehand. In the past, movers I’ve worked with used protective mats or shoe covers, but this crew did not, and they dirtied my floors—even though the house had just been cleaned earlier that morning. Based on the scheduler’s message, I expected a much higher level of service. Overall, I was not satisfied with the move. While the men themselves seemed polite, they came across as unprepared and more like random hires than professional movers.

Great job helping pack the truck. I didn’t realize we would need to take the doors off of the refrigerator which they helped with along with the front door to get it out of the house. Their help was indispensable. Great job, quick and thorough. Would recommend.
