Not only were they slow so they had to add THREE EXTRA HOURS onto my fee but they also made excuses about things. They didn't even provide water for the workers and kept expecting me to provide water for them. More than that they took loads of breaks, spent most of the time on their phones, and actually dropped a number of my things. This resulted in broken dishes and furniture that I have had to replace.
I would never recommend this company nor will I use them again. I am extremely disappointed that I had to pay as much money as I did for such poor service. Worse still, when they asked for an initial review? The guy stared over my shoulder and would not allow me any privacy and even corrected my review so I had to figure out how to come in here now to change it.

We had delays in getting our uhaul to the new apartment and Black House Moving was not willing to work with us on rescheduling for the next day, instead, they greedily demanded BOTH the full payment AND a rescheduling fee that was another $200 to come the next day. This is despite calling them and their movers, who have not done any work at all. Terrible service and no understanding/compassion for the difficulties that come with moving
