They were really kind and shoved all my stuff in such a small space!

3+ hours late. Created a domino effect and I could not get my 2nd moving truck delivered to be unloaded due to the time. I only had a part of one truck to be unloaded and asked them to call me when they were on their way so I could go ahead and have the 2nd truck dispatched. They didn’t call until they got there. In the end they couldn’t complete the entire job so I paid hundreds of dollars for time not used. No one cared or the language barrier made
It impossible for them to understand the whole situation. Hard to say.

First of all, I want to mention that the team arrived on time and had great communication leading up to the day of service. The three movers were punctual, very polite, and helpful. I really appreciated that part of the experience.
However, I was quite disappointed to find out after they left that several areas of my home—specifically walls and door frames—were damaged while they were moving furniture in. I understand some spaces are tight, but I expected more care from trained and experienced movers. Unfortunately, there were multiple noticeable marks and scratches left behind, which was frustrating and not what I anticipated from a professional service.
