Mike called 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I gave them directions and they got started immediately upon arrival. They placed all the items where I wanted them without incident. They were both very congenial and made the move less stressful.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
