They did a great job and took less time than was needed to get it packed.

Showed up on time and were energetic and ready to work with that energy they were able to get the furniture in pretty fast, but with the speed came a little carelessness that led to spots on the wall (with a little elbow grease it's fixable). Overall the guys were really great. The place wasn't condusive to a lot of the furniture that we had so they did the best they could. 5-Stars but docked 2 for the wall bumps. Would recommend them for the price but be willing to clean up a little afterwards, which is typical of any moving job.

One of the 3 young men should be fired. He was a trouble maker. He broke an expensive Yankee Candle because he lifted it by the cover. Was arguing with a co worker. Not good. They did work hard for sure. In their defense it was difficult for them. The Pod wasn't enough space.

The Guys hat helped me were phenomenal!! I'll never move myself again! They managed to pace a very small space with all my stuff, we didn't think it would all fit but they made it work!! We hired M&M Moving Services to unload a 20' Uhaul in to our new home. There was a date and time change on my end a couple times due to not knowing exactly when we would be able to sign the lease but M&M adapted to the change each time. We finally let them know when we had the keys and they came over to start the job. They came prepared. We hired 2 guys for 2 hours and they finished exactly at 2 hours. They were quick and efficient and took very good care of our things. Very polite and easy to communicate with. When we move again in the next few years we will definitely be using them again!

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
