Excellent job, and would ask for them again and again. The only issue I had was that some of the heavier boxes were placed downstairs when I asked for them to be carried upstairs. My son had to come over and haul six heavy bins and a chair upstairs. But in their defense, there were times when I was distracted and couldn't direct them where to go, so that may have been the reason. Super nice, very prompt, Elvis is a Herculean work animal, I tell ya!

The movers showed up early. I was expecting two men.
Instead there were five movers (no extra charge)! They were enthusiastic and careful with my belongings. With the extra manpower, they finished ahead of schedule. Thumbs up!

Guys were great - it took me about 12 hours to load a 26' truck full of belongings by myself - they helped me unload that truck and put every box in the right room in 2 hours. Amazing. Super personable - enjoyable to talk to - great guys! Hire them!

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
