We had another moving company back out last minute and this company came through for us. The movers were professional and diligent. The owner even stopped by and made sure everything was good with us. I highly recommend.

They arrived about 15 minutes after the scheduled time, but it was a real rainy day so I can give them a pass. Prepared? All they needed to do was move the items from the rooms into the pod outside. Which they did with only a few wall scratches and corner chips.. We will see how the items look after we unpack in 6 months.. They were respectful and courteous. Well mannered and personable. I would use them again.

The movers arrived early, which was great. They worked hard in warm weather and were conscientious about the time so I did not incur charges for additional hours. While the crew was strong and able to move the items, they could have been more careful with furniture pieces. There were a few knicks on the furniture and my hallways. Some of the boxes were flipped, though they were clearly marked "this end up". Overall it was a good job, though not executed at the level of professional movers.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I contacted M&M through hire-a helper when my scheduled movers were not able to get their workers onto the military base due to expired driver licenses. They were able to get here the same day and worked to late in the evening unloading my trailer. Oncra and his crew were extremely professional and worked very quickly to get the job done. I will definitely hire these guys again for the next move!

Steve and Hector arrived on time and were very friendly, polite and professional. They assessed the job and layout of the house and asked where every box and piece of furniture went. They built the new bed frame and never stopped working. They actually finished 15 minutes early and helped me remove all the pads and shrink wrapping to make the two full hours. These two worked in harmony with each other and I would highly recommend both this crew and M&M Moving company.

They were able to come out and help me same day after the other company "blessed movers" was unable to gain access to the installation because of criminal backgrounds. It was a huge mess but elvis saved the day and was very accommodating. So the only services I needed from this company was to move my heavy stuff. Washer, dryer, beds, dressers and a few tables. It went alright. They damaged my daughters real wood dresser bringing it down the stairs and while carrying a dresser (with the drawers still attached, for some reason) a drawer fell out, hit the ground and cracked. They tried to play that off like it didn't happen but we saw the whole thing. They threw stuff on top of other stuff with no care what so ever. The employees argued the whole time. There was one employee who was newer to the team but he took charge and got stuff done. When I arrived to my final destination, almost all my dressers, kitchen table and chairs where scratched Severely. My washer and dryer were scratched severely and my dryer front plate was crushed by the table they put on top of it, therefore it no longer works. I paid over $1k for it two years ago. My kids beds were scratched severely as well. The metal things like the microwave and trash cans were scuffed up pretty severely as well. They were also put on top of wood furniture so that my be another reason for the scuffs on wood. I applied them with more than enough furniture pads so I am not sure why all my important stuff was ruined. As I said previously, I loaded all my boxes and miscellaneous items. They loaded the heavy stuff. The heavy stuff was All that was damaged. Wished it wasn't such a short notice job and was covered by the hireahelper insurance. I really needed it with this move. Very disappointed with the employees attitudes towards each other and the end result of their packing.

These guys did a wonderful job! Unloaded a 16' truck in under two hours in the heat of July and up a flight of stairs! Will certainly use them again!

Systematic approach to complete tasks
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Disassemble beds, cribs, move everything possible from 2nd or third floor to the ground floor or closer to main entrance. Disconnect the washer and dryer and all electronics. Dismount TVs from walls and TV mounts.
What types of moves have you handled?
Commercial, residential, livestock, container, ships,trains, prep, load and unload. Livestock.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The ability to complete a job knowing I did the best i could.
What training do you provide your crew members?
2 weeks. Week 1-Loading procedures, tie downs, mix, and straight loads, box, container, ship, and train. Claims. Week 2- Unload, packing, unpacking, wrapping and staging. Damage control. Customer expectation. transfer loads.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
