This was my first time using Step by Step logisitcs and it was a very positive experience. They arrived promptly and made the process extremely stress free. They always checked in with me to ensure they were taking the appropriate items and had me periodically check the POD itself to make sure things looked alright. The team was very hard working and also ensured I had the appropriate packing materials. Alex was extremely kind and friendly, and helped make sure the stress of moving was minimized. He overdelivered by reducing the delivery timeframe by one hour. I feel confident that all of my stuff was meticulously packed and treated with care. After having such success with hired helpers to pack my Pod. I reached out to them again to help me unpack some gifted items that were brought by U-Haul by my parents. They were not only wonderful with quickly unpacking the U-Haul and orientating the items in the home until we were satisfied. They were so helpful and kind to my parents that they offered their services again to help me unpack my Pod that was scheduled to come the next day. They were extremely helpful, kind, and efficient!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
