First, it was so nice to call a business and have an actual person answer the phone. Vanessa was very nice and helpful, so immediately made me feel like I made the right decision hiring them. We had gotten a lot of snow and it was very cold out, so I asked if I could push the time back a bit because I had to go pick up the moving truck and wasn't sure how that would go with the weather. We discussed all my options and worked it out.
Alex and Mike did an absolutely great job. They arrived on time and ready to work. They were courteous, efficient, and very careful with my things. They loaded my moving truck, followed me to my new house, then unloaded the truck and the Pod I had waiting there. They were very fast and wasted no time, while also making sure they were putting things where I wanted them. Definitely recommend them for your next move.

They literally went through snow and ice to get through to us to unload our containers. They listened carefully to requests and fulfilled them. Very respectful and polite. What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
