First let me start by saying the guys were super nice and professional. They also worked hard. My issue is that they don’t know how to load without damaging. I provided a boat load of blankets and plastic wrap and for some reason they thought plastic wrap will protect wood furniture from damage. It doesn’t. They certainly don’t know how to pack a container and use ratchet straps - instead they just cram it in and try to use the furniture to brace itself. Every single piece of furniture had some damage! My grandmothers antique furniture damaged. My husband’s high end desk that was a gift - ruined. My sons dresser from pottery barn that we used for all of our children and the military managed NOT to damage, large gauges in the front. They are hard workers but you MUST tell them how to load and ensure they follow your instructions. Or hire someone that is an actual professional mover. I have been in military for 20 years and they were by the far the most unskilled movers ever. And that is saying a lot. I would NOT hire them to touch any of my furniture. Again, they were super nice and worked hard (I.e. No unnecessary breaks) so maybe just have them load boxes or unload but loading furniture in a truck or container is a no go.

Set up a last minute unload, as my work schedule is crazy. Alex called me and let me know that they were booked solid at the time I requested, but still wanted to help accommodate. He was able to schedule their guys to come help unload my Relocube the previous afternoon which actually worked out much better for my schedule.
He kept in contact and the guys showed up just as promised. They were kind, quick and efficient!
I will recommend them to anyone in my network and will not hesitate to use them if and when I move again.

Alex and Dre were wonderful! BEST movers ever!! They were very communicative and called me to keep me updated on their arrival time before they got to me. They packaged all my things nice and neat. All my items made it safely to my destination which was all the way in New York!
I am a female and was moving by myself. I had never driven a moving truck before so Alex gave me tips and even texted me and checked in to make sure I made it to New York okay. They did such a phenomenal job and went above and beyond! If I ever need moving labor help in the DMV area they will be the first I will call.

Alex and Dieandre were our movers today and they did an excellent job. They arrived precisely on time with a call ahead to let us know they were on their way. They were wholly prepared and took care with all of my items. I'd definitely book them again, knowing how hard they worked and how well they did. Dre and Quan showed up early and got right to work even though we weren’t totally ready. They adapted quickly and packed everything so efficiently that we were able to get a couple of extra items in the truck. I highly recommend!!!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
