Jonathan and Richard were absolutely FANTASTIC today. Not only did they show up early, and finish in under two hours, they were extremely courteous and professional. I just moved to LA from Chicago so with all the stress of driving across country and then finding an apartment, it was such a delight to have NO stress with Big O Moving Service. I called YESTERDAY and they were able to help me move in today. Oscar was amazingly good at keeping up communication with me, even when he wasn't sure if he was going to be able to accomodate me on such short notice. Not only did he keep me up to date on who would be helping me, but then I got another confirmation from Jonathan...and then a follow up call from Oscar after the move was complete. It all went smoother than I could imagine! THank you, Thank you! I will recommend you to all my chi-town peeps heading this way!
