We were told that Irongate would arrive between 1 and 2 pm. They didn't arrive until close to 4 pm. This delay caused our storage units to not be picked up and an additional monthly charge. This delay set us back $730.00.
I believe that your review isnt the reflection of the work but rather the miscommunication that you had with the pods facility; Which you said they werent going to arrive til 7.
Honestly when it comes to more time sensitive projects you as a customer must not wait til the last day and time to get something like that done. Those pods should have arrived a day prior so you would have had more time and you would have not had to spend 730 for another month of storage. Itās highly unfortunate that happened but blaming us entirely because of poor planning doesnāt make too much sense
And alsoā¦ you booked us for 4-5 hours and had we used the full time paid for you would have still had to pay for the pods because you didnāt space it out enough. The pods came literally at 4 ahead of their schedulr

Demetrius and his team arrived right at 8 o'clock, the time they were supposed to arrive!! The team was extremely professional, and got right to work as soon as they arrived!! The bike down furniture to ensure safe movement of our belongings. They were extremely hard working and extremely efficient in their duties! They have even offered to try to squeeze our basketball goal into their truck, but extenuating circumstances prevented them from being able to do so on this trip, even offered to come on another day with a pickup truck to move it! Overall, extremely professional throughout the entire process, and were able to load all of our big furniture and appliances, transport about 15 miles, and unload the whole truck, in less than 5 hours!! Kudos to the team for a job well done!! Would certainly use again if needed.

1. Not prepared. Only 1 of the 3 movers had tools, which they had to take turns using.
2. Didn't wrap anything up.
3. No moving equipment. Had a pick up truck and a closed in trailer. (Glad it didn't rain)
4. As for working hard, yes, they worked hard at forcing my
furniture in the trailer.
5. No, they WERE NOT respectful of my furniture. I had ALL NEW FURNITURE. I had only had this furniture since July of this year. I now have scratches, dents, cracks and paint(?) on my furniture. Oh, on 1 of the mattress, there was dirt and on the other mattress, I had a mattress cover and was told I could wash the cover. If a problem came up and they weren't going to do the job the way they were supposed to, then, they should have tried to get someone to replace them. SORRY, BUT NO, I WOULD NO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Customers can expect a stellar service from start to finish! From the initial contact til the moment payment has been made. We show up on time, fully equipped and ready to rock!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect a courtesy call before the move starts, the crew arrives, takes a look at the home and does a pre check. That means checking around the house to look at the condition of the items so that we are on the same page. Then we bring in the tools and start getting the items ready for transport. In the truck the items get packed safely and securely to ensure a successful move. They can expect smiling and friendly movers because customer service and satisfaction is our top priority!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Everything should be ready for the upcoming move. Dressers should be empty, unless otherwise stated Items should be in a box ready to go TVs and appliances should be unhooked from walls and connectors Have your items being moved and items being discarded to be organized beforehand. Disclose all items of extreme importance and value beforehand

We have handled local, long distance moves, piano moves, gun safe moves, industrial machine moves, office relocation, interior moves and much more!

The experience! Being able to meet new people everyday is a blessing! Everyone has an interesting story to tell and it’s fun getting to help others and hear their story while doing so
