Very professional and efficient. The crew were in the area early and called and wanted to start the job early! Extremely careful with packing our stuff, very nice demeanor and finished a 3 hour job in 1 &1/2 hours. Offered a refund for my prepaid time without me even asking for it. We arrived after weekend travel to another state and nothing in our truck had moved. Thanks Drew, Chris, and Parramore, and Jamin for being extremely professional and doing an outstanding job.

I contacted Sebastian moving directly for a change of address and arrival date, not through Hire-a-Helper (which I should have done). So, they were not expecting me until a week later. The owner fit me in for a late unload starting close to 7:00 pm. They went to the wrong address because they did not receive the update for arrival. This was confusing for all parties. But, the guys were great. They had a tough time off-loading from poor loaders, pointing out things that were damaged. They got everything inside quickly, because rain was threatening. The ramp was slick due to the rain, so they off-loaded not using it. They were careful and placed everything where I wanted. I will use them again and recommend them for anyone needing to hire some help.

Sebastian's moving crew showed up on time with all the tools (in good working order) needed to do the job. Even though the heat was about 90 degrees, the moving crew maintained a great work pace to finish in less time than I expected. I would use this crew again, because of their ability to maintain a high work rate while ensuring our property was not damaged in loading.

These guys were great! Had a full 26' truck coming down from Philadelphia and they were there on time, ready to work and with smiles! Recipe for success in our book! They hustled and did not complain an iota! IF we are ever back down that way its a sure fire call to Sebastian Movers!
