Five stars all the way! Deonte and his team took great care with family heirlooms, packing and loading our truck in short order. They ensured everything was well packed and arrived safely. Even though they were delayed in city traffic, they called to keep us informed and made up for lost time with very efficient and competent loading. Recommend them highly!

Diligent, friendly, careful workers and good communicators. Finished our U-Box unload a full hour ahead of schedule, including getting a heavy sleeper sofa up the stairs to the 3rd floor. Would absolutely recommend.

The two young gentlemen who helped me did a good job, but not outstanding. They pushed a large sofa through a doorway when they should have lifted it, for example. Other items they dragged instead of lifting. They worked hard, and were very pleasant, but they need to learn some things about properly moving furniture.

At first i was concern with the size of the movers (smal in stature). But they really got the job done. I could not move my car so they could go up the front steps so majority of the furniture had to be moved via the backdoors.
They moved the furniture without scratching my hardwood floors in a timely manor. I would use them again

After booking with us, a customer can first expect a initial phone call confirming and discussing the details about their upcoming move. After the initial call and confirmation, the client can expect us to arrive on the scheduled date at the confirmed time.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To prepare for moving day, the customer should have the items that are to be moved already packed and walkways cleared to the best of their ability. Also they should have a plan as to what all they want to have moved.
What types of moves have you handled?
We at Golden Trip Movers have handled full service moves (load & unload), labor only moves, both residential & commercial moves, special item moves ( baby grand pianos, gun safes, pool tables, etc.)
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part about being a mover is definitely being able to interact with people from different backgrounds and help them move into the next chapter in their life.

We train our crew members with video presentations as well as hands on training to ensure that the materials that are being moved are only moved by a trained professional.
