They did a great job. I don't have a lot of stuff but my storage unit was a little away from my apartment because I was not allowed to leave it closer. They still came prepared and finished very quickly. It only took about an hour.

The two helpers showed up on time, however one or both of them smelled strongly of marijuana. I told them of the goal and needs of the job which was to take items from the garage and put them into the moving container. They completed the task but had three items which they said could not fit (a lawn mower, a wheelbarrow, and a 10ft ladder). I informed them the lawnmower had to fit and they managed to get it in, but not without squishing several boxes in the process. After they left, I showed the container to my husband who was appalled at the work they did. My husband and I wound up re-loading half of the container to fix squished boxes and managed to get the lawnmower and 10ft ladder in. Overall, I am displeased with the quality of service the helpers provided and would not recommend using them. One or both of them were high, they did an incomplete job, and were not concerned with my possessions.
