They were on time, they were prepared for the job, and they worked hard. I would still recommend them but, they forgot to move my microwave which was on the inventory list and 2 of my items had scratches on them that were not there before the move. I am hoping I can get a wood scratch concealer and it will take care of the scratches. Because of the fiasco with the other mover that I had been previously assigned to and another problem that Moving Texas had encountered on the original day of my move, they finally arrived for my move around 8:00 AM the day following my original move schedule. I did get the feeling that they were in a hurry to get the job done because they moved all of my furniture (except microwave) by 9:30 AM and seemed to be rushing a bit. I had around 11 pieces of heavy oak furniture plus a TreadClimber. And yes, I would hire them again but I would be more aware of the move as it is going on.

Quincy and Alec did a great job. I would recommend them highly, along with hiring Moving Texas every time. Not only did they complete the move in less time then we accounted for but they did it with a smile on their faces and made the whole thing extremely pleasant. On top of everything else Moving Texas was able to help us with only a few hours notice after our previous moving company dropped out. Thank you Moving Texas for your greatly appreciated help. I will be hiring you again soon.

The movers did I great job: they were friendly, helpful, went through the apartment and reviewed what needed to be packed and what was staying. They were respectful and did their best to make packing and loading the truck as fun as possible. Since I have back problems, they were very helpful lifting things I cannot carry. I used the service: Hire A Helper, to book them. When I spoke to the representative on the phone, I do remember her saying that if I didn't use the helpers for the entire time (if only for 3 hours instead of 4) then I would not have to pay that last hour; however everything in print says I do have to pay that last hour - which was emailed after the phone conversation. This was a bit frustrating, but not the helpers' fault.

Morris and his team were wonderful. Very friendly and professional, hard working, flexible and good natured. My husband really appreciated their willingness to take direction and put things in the right places. They showed up on time and finished within the 3 hours we scheduled.We would recommend them and Moving Texas to others and will probably use them again when we move again next year. They showed up at the agreed upon time with 4 men, ready to get to work. They knocked my furniture move out in a half hour. I had a heavy homemade headboard that was too big for my stairs and they managed angles I've never thought of to get it up and in place in the bedroom.would definitely recommend them for a job like this any day.
