The movers were courteous, on time, and very fast. I think they did a wonderful job. The only worry I have is how many boxes were stacked on top of my furniture. There were a lot of heavy boxes and I worry about the legs and support at the base of my furniture. But it was a pleasant experience. I would definitely use them again.

The actual movers that showed up were great guys and worked hard. However, I ordered movers for 4 hours and was told they would stay as long as the job got done and I would pay for every additional hour. After my 4 hour block, they stayed a little longer and then told me that their boss was taking them off the job to go to another job. Again, the actual workers that showed up were great. Whoever this "boss" is has no clue what they are doing and is a moron. I had to complete about 25% of the move myself with my 16 year old son and 19 year old daughter. We moved our belongings into the PODS until 2:15 AM. This was completely unacceptable. Something needs to be said up front about how they have a deadline and would have to leave. At least then I could have hired some other movers to finish the job, or gone with a different company all together. If I hadn't already paid, I wouldn't have paid the full amount.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused. We want to clarify that we fulfilled our pre-booked time and went beyond it, loading all containers available when our crew arrived. The additional unit was rented only after our departure.

Very hard working group. We had furniture that was incredibly heavy and oddly shaped to be moved and they did it without a hitch. Not a single thing damage in the house or to our belongings. Would absolutely use again.

I will not use them again. They sent Packers that were not very professional. These packers did not know how to pack. They rushed through the job. And they said they were finished before my paid time was up; and they didn't pack my very expensive king-size Bed, and there still was plenty of air-space in between items and on top. And they acted like they were annoyed by the amount of stuff I had for them to pack.
Bottom line, these packers were not properly trained and they were unprofessional.
I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
