C.A.R.E. was established because of our own personal frustrations with the fragmented state of the moving industry and the realization that there are very few premium providers in the area. Supply chain issues and the volatility of today's workforce amidst the COVID-19 pandemic has posed barriers to the consistent provision of truly excellent customer service. Our mission is to get back to basics and take care of you, your family's, and/or your business' needs on Move Day. When you choose the C.A.R.E. Team, you choose quality, experience, and our promise to tie up any and all loose ends prior to us leaving for the day.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

Once we receive your booking details, we will conduct preliminary research about the logistical details provided through Hire A Helper. A member of the C.A.R.E. Team will then contact you via phone to verify the details provided and to document any other pertinent details to better customize our services for your upcoming Move Day. If there are particular variables or unique circumstances identified, we may recommend that one of our team members conduct a free on-site assessment.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We are here for you. We will make sure that all loose ends are tied up and that you are 100% satisfied with our services prior to our departure.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

This is a tough question because it depends on the many moving/relocation options that you choose, but there are many tips and moving hacks available at your disposal. Contact us if you have any questions or would like more information on how to conquer your Move Day

What types of moves have you handled?

We have in our repertoire everything from local labor-only loading/unloading of PODs, local residential relocations, local apartment/condo/loft/dormitory relocations, and large commercial relocations, to international relocation assistance.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

All of us at C.A.R.E. agree that making Move Day an absolute success and ensuring all of the loose ends are tied up before our departure is a very rewarding experience. Knowing that our customers are 100% satisfied with their moving provider choice is an excellent feeling!

What training do you provide your crew members?

Every member of the C.A.R.E. Team currently has more than 3 years of consecutive moving, relocation, and commercial driver experience. We are a small company borne out of our own personal frustrations with the disorganized state of the industry and the insufficient number of premium providers. We only hire and employ movers/drovers who are relocation experts intent on delivering exemplary customer service during your moving experience.
