The workers were on time. They moved everything requested into the pod but did not secure the items in a safe way for travel. My family needed to come in afterwards and move things around and secure the items. We were very dissatisfied with their work. We would not hire this company again.
We apologies for the inconvenience we have caused to you and your family. Since tie downs weren't requested in advance, the crew was not able to properly secure the items and had to make the best use of available resources. We're working on improving out communications with future clients.
