Neil and Norman arrived 1/2 hour early. They were nice and seemed efficient in their packing. They didn't have any moving/packing supplies, ie. tape, plastic wrap, handtruck, or dolly. We needed a second pod packed and they offered to do the job directly. We agreed in order to save money. They were late and then they claimed to go to wrong address making them a total of 2 1/2 hours late. We said forget it. We went with a better company and are happy we did. We only needed packing blankets and all else was supplied. We started with the cheapest company and it shows you get what you pay for. Would not recommend them.

The guys were on time, courteous and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. They are assets to their employer.
One small issue was that the work order said rearranging 3 br home. It was to pack my belongings for a move. This came up once before with a previous company who was thinking the same thing.

Neal and Marcus were the best - showed up on time, were polite, organized and they KNOW THEIR STUFF. Packed our container like it was a 3d jigsaw puzzle. And most importantly they did so very carefully. Nothing was damaged. Highly recommend.
