Neil was very accommodating, he and his partner arrived on time, they were very courteous, and were very careful to move our furniture. Most importantly, they were quick to point out that one of the pods that we had ordered that was delivered when we were not home, had water marks inside indicating that the pod possibly leaked when raining. I wish they had brought more plastic wrap as they soon ran out, something that I will take up with HireAHelp, not Niel's fault. I will certainly recommend this crew.
