What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A follow up call discussing the move at large including how to prepare for the day of as well as what to expect of the movers
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
on time prompt service a physical follow up of what's going and a lot of communication between you and the workers as well as between the workers themselves. other than that... RELAX... you're in "Helping Hands".
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
make sure to find out what are moving procedures and protocols in your building/ make sure everything is packed securely and not overloaded to ensure safe transport/make sure you have all necessary equipment for your move/ have all questionable oversized items measured to ensure a good fit or slip through/ Parking is essential please ask building management or a friend to help you with this.
What types of moves have you handled?
I've handled office/residential staging including assembly/disassembly of furniture as well as arrangements of item placements, although we are local we don't mind traveling
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
There's no better satisfaction than seeing a customers' expression when everything is done. Satisfaction and gratitude is what I strive for. I also love seeing what may seem an impossible task and making it look effortless.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Although we train for heavy lifting and furniture angling not all sites and items are the same so we also train for preparedness. As well as customer service

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
