Peter & Carlos got to our place about 5 minutes early & ready to work and work they did. They unloaded our container in under two hours & were respectful of our property & time. I am grateful that I do not have to move all the time but were I to need their services, I'd call on them in a heartbeat. Our container company was NOT on their game & subsequently "I like to move it" (Peter & Carlos) had to change their schedules essentially on the fly & cannot tell you how much that was appreciated. They are fantastic & in the many moves I've endured they made this one the easiest.

The service was good - they were on time and efficient. There was a moment where it seemed that my mattress had been ripped in the process of moving it downstairs - since it was ripped through the plastic they had wrapped and torn underneath. I kindly pointed it out to the staff member, and inquired around whether it would be possible to get a reimbursement due to the damage. He became defensive, and came down to the truck a few minutes later saying, "Do you want us to leave? Maybe we should just wrap it up here, since you're accusing us." His defensiveness was very unprofessional (especially in light of how calmly and gently I had approached him about the damage), passive aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable with the team.
He also tried to single-handedly carry down an expensive dresser, and quickly/loosely wrapped the furniture, which made it susceptible to damage (as was evidenced in the issue with the mattress). So while the three staffers worked very hard on moving everything from a fourth floor walk-up, I felt that some of their work was a bit careless and there were moments that felt unprofessional.

Yes, Peter Lewis and Ed. Were very professional. Peter arrived on time. The guys worked hard and they did it a good job. I was very impressed and yes I would use them again. They were very professional / and respectful young men and yes, I will definitely recommend them and use them again
