Movers arrived shortly before the scheduled time. They were very careful in the handling of the furniture and did not seem to mind when we asked them to move stuff around. The men were very kind and respectful. We will definately call them again.

They showed up 2 hours late. They kept in contact with me via phone though, so that was helpful. Overall, they worked slowly, could have finished much earlier. But as they are paid by the hour, I could see why they would take their time.
They wrapped my mattresses & furniture. That was unexpected, but nice!
They brought their own truck which helped me immensely when mine didn't work out.
I had to make 2 stops (storage unit and new apt) they were very easy to work with aside from that.
As for lateness, it snowed & was slippery beyond our control (Accident/ life risk) on tough Manhattan route, though we remained in contact & honest. We were sincere in helping Molly, although some comments here were unexpected, we would help her again. She was not charged until we began working. Any mover/ driver knows the risks bad weat

2 helpers (Omar & Curtis) were professional and efficent. This move would have been a mess without their service and assistance. Not only did they impress my boss, they were able to help navigate us through difficult NYC streets in a snow storm with a 26 ft truck. Great experience!!
