Terrance was late by 15 minutes. We had an order for 4 hours. But he thought the order was for 2 hours. After I showed him Our agreement he conceded. our truck was full and needed unloaded and another reload. So after the initial load. Terrance said they would meet us over at our new address after he stopped for gas. We never saw Terrance again. He bailed on us after 1.5 hours and refused to answer any texts. This is a worthless mover. We had paid in full upon scheduling. Who knows if I'll get a refund!!!!

After a bit of a rocky start (for which I blame myself) the team did an excellent job of loading and unloading the truck. They were respectful of my stuff. This was not an easy move - on the hottest day yet! The team were consummate pros. Highly recommend

The team arrived about an hour late. This did not present a problem for me this time but it could be an issue. They were careful with the furniture and walls. I was happy with the actual moves. They told me that they could not move a couple pieces because of the angle of the stairway and that was disappointing. Subsequent communications to them went unanswered.
