Preface: hireahelper.com solved the issue and was able to find us people to do the job. Job was done next day. Kudos on customer service and communication. Move is all about staying sane. I wanted to wait a day, cool off and write a review. Will NOT recommend the company we used. Due to approach to their business. Moving is dirty and tough job. You went into it and as a customer I do not want to hear why your job is hard, I want to get things done. You have to look from customer prospective. Per hour per person it comes down to a pretty hefty number. I expect people come prepared, be professional and know what to do for the amount of money charged. Loading truck is a skill. Moving furniture is a skill and one has to work smart. To work smart one needs tools. Bottom line these guys were missing all of the above blaming me for my moving job. They arrived on time but were concerned about funds release before they started and I heard nothing but complains for the entire time. Furniture is heavy, fridge is heavy, too many things and too little time. 15 minutes work and 15 minutes talk and wondering around thinking what to do next and why my things are not arranged to their liking. Guys were not interested in my job. Plain and simple. They offered to leave right away, then split the time, reschedule etc. We came into it with open mind. Tell me how you see my job, what it takes and how much it costs. If you need more time to finish - we were ready to pay for this. I do not want to hear anything else. Everyone in this world is overworked and underpaid, I do not need to hear it for two hours. If you overbook and overwork your labor - not my problem. If you orchestrate your next job while doing mine as well as talk to the office about policy and what to do during the weather - you get nowhere. You take pillows of the couch and throw them on the path out of the door and next time stumble over them... In two hours we had very little done, due to lack of trucks and dollies there is damage to my furniture from dragging it instead of rolling in on the truck. Had to spend the night taking things out of the truck in order to rearrange since they were simply piled in as if I have a freight train in my disposal. Maybe it was a bad day for them, but for us it was a bust, lots of unneeded stress and I am just happy we had an extra day before the drive cross country so we could fix this mess with another company.

Terrence and Dwight did a terrific job! They moved everything we needed and did it in about an hour. They were careful, respectful, hard-working gentlemen. We definitely recommend the Team Moving Company. These men were well worth what we paid. We will be hiring them again after our remodeling work is done to help us finalize the set up of our office.

One mover complained a lot about the weight of my boxes. They didn't strap my refrigerator to the Dolly and it slipped down the ramp. It hasn't worked right since then. When I talked to the owner about my options he was aggressive and combative.

They were here on time. They came prepared. They worked VERY hard. Very respectful of our home and our things. Definitely would used them again. ... Now that I have answered the suggested questions, here's the rest of the story. ... Terrence and Jazz (yes Jazz) were so respectful of our home that because we have hardwood floors they refused to use a hand-truck or dolly. They carried EVERYTHING! ... We rented 6-feet of space on a truck (6' x 8' x 9'), and I told them that if I went even 1" over the 6' I would be charged $200. ... "Don't worry. We won't let that happen.", was their answer. And they came in at 5 1/2'. Have you ever attempted to stack heavy boxes NINE FEET high? Not easy. They did it, and they did it in August in an extremely hot truck. They finished the job UNDER the allotted time. Hire them! Hire them! Hire them!

The guys were on time, but they try to leave early when their work is not even done. First of all, after I booked the reservation with them, I called the helpers to confirm that if it is okay with them that we need to move from different locations to our new home, I was told that if we can finish everything within my reserved time, it would be okay. I reserved a truck one month prior to my move, but all the larger sizes were booked, so I booked a 10 feet truck. On the day of my reservation, they arrived within the time window that we scheduled to meet, which was great. When I told them that we need to make a second trip to get more stuff, the guys were not happy, and they said we only have less than one hour until our time is up, in fact, we still got 1 hour and 20 minuets at the time. However, I had them to go with me anyways. 30 minuets before their finish time, they tried to leave again with unfinished work. We had a small argument and both parties were not happy. I was thankful that they still finished their job, I would appreciate if they had a greater attitude.

Terence and his helpers were arrived on time and finished ahead of time. They were polite and respectful. They were focused and worked hard, and they were careful with handling and moving my furniture. I would use them again, as well as recommend them to others.

It was a challenging move because of the apartment complex parking restrictions. So there was some distance to cover. These guys stepped up and got the job done. I'm grateful.

Terrence and co. were great. They checked in to confirm beforehand and were right on time. They were friendly, professional, and completed the task efficiently and with great care. Highly recommend.

They were more than an hour late of the hour window to arrive. They worked hard for the first hour and an half and then you could see that they wanted to leave. Good guys but we still had to do another 4 hours ourselves once they left. They were able to move our truck around and get into the driveway which was huge help, but actual getting things in the truck was lacking. Good guys overall and would use again if in the area, but would watch more of what was actually getting done.
