They moved the boxes into the living room and not the actually places they were supposed to go. Also had issues with how they were handling items a little rough. Make sure you pack everything well and cushioned if you are using them.

They were awesome !! They got the job done in the amount of time alocated and were extremely professional and cared a lot about my furniture and home. They were always taking notice of there shoes and not wanting to track any mud (it was raining ) and just really super thourough. Very easy to talk with and accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend this company.

They showed up a minute or two after 11:00am when they were to arrive between 10 and 11 and they loaded a washer and dryer and a headboard and complained that we were unable to get a ramp and said they need a fan in the 53 foot trailer and respirators due to mold and there was no mold the trailer had been professionally cleaned and is aluminum so there was no mold. It took them 45 minutes to load the 3 items we then told them to leave and released the funds to them. Our 83 year old dad came to help after they left and did more work in 10 minutes than they did! Would never recommend them for anything!

In all the owner was very professional and courteous. One of his team/crew memebers appeared to be either very tired or didn't care at all. The other was a very hard worker and got the job done, along with the help of my husband. In all it ended up being a very fast move. Thanks!

They kept us informed of travel delays. After arriving, they inspected our apt; since we only had a 12' ft truck, they told us it could take about 4-5 trips. We were okay with that. They worked hard and fast! They were careful with all our belongings. Especially the fragile marked boxes. I was extremely concerned about our huge mirror. They assured me it was wrapped in blankets and secured tightly. It made it in one piece with no damage!To our surprise they packed everything into two trips. They finished in four hours. Even though we paid for five hours. Well worth the addtl hour pay! With my medical condition there's no way we could have handled this move without their help! Thank you!

My two helpers were professional & on time. They worked very quickly! I didn't have a lot of large items soo I really cannot speak to how hard they worked. They were pretty respectful of my things, though maybe not as fragile as I would have been with my antiques. To their credit I did not tell them to be careful. I would and have used them a second time already.
