Worked fast and very nice. However, lots of random items were left behind that I had to go back for multiple trips to get myself. Asked me to meet at my new unit but left the door wide open to my old one with the things they left inside. I would’ve gladly paid for an extra hour or time if that meant less things I had to come back for myself. One of the guys asked where I wanted stuff positioned but things were just kind of thrown in there. Overall great and hardworking guys - the little details do matter though.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
