Head a great experience. I had a last minute booking, like the night before kind of last minute. I call at noon to confirm the arrival, and he was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Estimated time was 1:15pm, they showed up early and ready to load. I would high recommend calling two hours ahead of time and ask what is recommended for your project. He gave me the whole run down of what’s best for my items and even worked with me of things I did not have. Put my house hold items together like a puzzle, very neat, clean and organized in the truck. I would highly recommend these guys again.

They broke daughters book shelf broke door on grill broke 3 of the knobs on the grill. They must have dropped my tool chest as the drawer tracks are bent. Watched them drop a few boxes trying to load onto the truck. Chipped sheet rock within the home and scratched paint on several door frames. They dropped wife’s printer on the stairs. We’re not wearing shoe coverings nor laid any protection down on brand new carpet up stairs. Took too many smoke breaks and ran over on time costing me extra money.

This was the first move where it took longer than expected but that’s probably because they only brought one dolly and we’re arguing because one guy wasn’t working. With that being said, a two hour job turned into three hours due to the slowness of the workers. It didn’t help they didn’t show on time (passed the timeframe). Outside of that, I’d reconsider using this moving company again only for those reasons. Nothing was damaged during the unload and things were handled with care but the rate of speed and lack of preparedness is enough to keep me away.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
