The movers were friendly and on time, which I appreciated. However, the way the truck was packed felt unorganized, with items placed carelessly and without a clear plan to maximize space. I would suggest providing them with some extra training and guidance for improvement.

Silberio and Cliff were absolutely amazing! they went above and beyond for us- came early and stayed as long as it took! They were so sweet and professional- they took great care of our belongings. They organized the truck- leaving plenty of space!

The young men who moved the items for us did a good job. They were polite and respectful and had no problem moving the items. Their arrival time was later than scheduled but they called in advance, even though the time changed several times. However, there was some confusion about the job and what the moving company would provide. I think there should be a better way to communicate on the website about the precise job requirements—whether a truck will be needed, for example, and what those costs are, etc.

These men did a fantastic job moving our belongings from the Uhaul storage facility, stopping in another city at our apartment and loading up many more items and then taking their car to ou new home in another city. Then we had to go back and get another load from our apartment and return to our house. They helped set up the new bed frames and beds. We could not find the screws to reattach the wood dining room table top so I bought some and they put them in so we could have our main dining room table function.
This is our second time using them and we have been very pleased! Silberio is very professional and so were the men he hired and sent to help us!??????

The guys who came to help me were great. They communicated with me to coordinate when they would be there and what I needed them to do. They also made great use of the time I had them. I had heavy items to move from upstairs to downstairs so it was no easy task. I would highly recommend them.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
