Crew was late but called to say they were stuck in traffic. Really threw our moving schedule off. They did not show any organizational skills for movers. We were not happy with the small amount they packed in the pod. They scratched the front door and put black marks on a loveseat. We also was not made aware of the $70.00 protection plan.

These 2 guys were awesome! Gave me a courtesy call that they were on their way. These 2 know what they're doing. Not only did they rearrange the 26' uhaul that we had loaded ourselves to make twice as much room, they then loaded everything else we wanted. Would definitely use them again.

They were running behind, but kept me up to date on their ETA. Once they arrived my POD was packed in no time. They were able to get my entire one bedroom apartment, in the POD, with room to spare. They were very respectful, kind and courteous. This is the second time I have used SMF and would highly recommend.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.

My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
