I scheduled a team in the Charolette area, they showed up early and were able to load me up to get on the road to the Raleigh area. The guys were nice, but it was not organized in the truck and my stuff got beat up. I scheduled a team to unload (2 1/2 hours away) and about 45 minutes from arriving to my destination; they CANCELED. I had a full truck, arrangements with my apartment and needed to return the truck. When I called them back they said they could do it the next day, How could I trust they would show up? I needed to get a hotel since everything was in my truck, make arrangements to return the truck late and schedule a new time to get into my apartment (it was downtown and we had to block off the elevators and only during business hours) so I scheduled another mover.

Great guys, great attitude and very helpful. We originally scheduled an 11 am start but they ran late on a different job and didn't arrive until 12:40 pm. Beyond that, they took care of our belongings and packed the moving truck beautifully.

The movers were late, they were supposed to arrive between 6-7pm but got on site around 8:30pm. But they did keep me informed and send an extra helper at no extra charge to expedite the moving process. No other complaints except that. Was a pretty easy move since we didn’t have much and we’re moving into a first floor apartment

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
