They did a great job! Very thorough and packed our truck like a Tetris game. Very polite and careful with my stuff. My only complaint was they were a little late, luckily it didn’t mess up our plans.

We had a furniture-only move into a container in the driveway (we handled all packing and moving of boxes ourselves). I had scheduled the movers to arrive at 2 pm. At 10:00am they called saying they would be there in an hour (11:00am). They arrived around 11 with nothing but a dolly. I had to scramble to find blankets for them to use to protect my furniture. Although I am sure it was in the terms and conditions somewhere, it was not clear to me that they would have no moving supplies at all. The two men spent a good bit of their time after moving each piece of furniture looking at their phones. They moved slowly. They packed my storage container in a random way that would almost guarantee my furniture would get damaged in transit, so I had to call 1800Packrat and change plans not to have it removed and stored off-site. They did not seem like professional movers. If you plan to DIY your move and need an extra set of hands, maybe this is a good option. If you need movers, I would look elsewhere.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .
