The guys showed up on time, ready to work. They worked hard and got everything done in two hours. The truck wasn't packed great, and as a result, a lot of stuff shifted in transit. There were a lot of items haphazardly placed which resulted in several items getting broken.
They also partially disassembled my desk and didn't tell me. I'm not sure where they put the screws for the desk, but I started finding them on the floor of the moving truck when we arrived at our destination. I collected most of them throughout the day and realized what they were for when my desk nearly fell apart. I'm still missing a few but the desk seems stable.

Movers were almost 2 hours late. Guys were nice and polite. Had the first time slot of the day at 9am and got multiple calls telling me they were going to arrive 30 min late or 1 hour late and until they arrived.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The customer should try to have all boxes properly sealed, dresser drawers emptied if possible. have boxes staged in one location, also to have all needed materials such as moving blankets , shrink wrap and tape.
What types of moves have you handled?
My company has handled various residential moves, long distance ,storage units ,ABF trailers, loading and unloading of PODS ,and office relocation.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is helping people eliminate the anxiety that's comes on moving day.
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew has been trained in proper lifting techniques and well as furniture preparation,packing and customer service. .

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
