I would not trust this company as far a I could throw them. Which is exactly what I should have done on the day of the move. The showed up late to start things off. Then one of the workers began to rush to get things off the truck. He was told several times to slow down but he refused and that resulted in him breaking a family heirloom that was left to me by my mother who passed away 2 months prior to this incident. After the mover broke the item, he was very disrespectful and was cussing about it was his fault and that it would come out of his pay.
Later on after the dust settled and they were done, they demanded payment and signed a paper stating they were responsible for the broken item. This was all done at the request of their boss Chris. Chris even knew about the incident when it happened. So while they were in my new home, they cussed at my family and my wife (who put him back in his place) and continued to carry on. Then signed the paper and left, but the story doesn't end there. Later on the night, BOTH workers called me several times and harassed me about the price on the item. The one who broke the item even told me, and I quote, "Man I've broken several things on other jobs. If I have to pay you I won't have a paycheck for a whole year with the amount you're asking for." Chris was contacted several times about this matter and denied he put them up to calling me.
Now lets fast forward to the present, He (Chris) has not only lied to me but also to Hire-a-Helper and has dragged me along in this process for almost a month now. He has refused to pay the agreed upon amount and has even lowballed me. He is late with his second payment and he feels like this is ok because its (and I quote) "My slow season and I just don't have that type of cash laying around". So between him and Hire-a-Helper, neither one has been very helpful in this process.
Oh, and a side note note, if Im called a liar like he did to the others that gave him a poor rating, I have all the proof in recorded conversations, emails and text messages.

Brian and Charles did The Impossible. They got all the furniture I had in my house in a 16 foot pod which I thought was unbelievable. Would recommend them and use them again in the future.
