The service is good for providing names of potential helpers. They do not do a good job at all of describing their relationship with this workers or the actual logistics of billing and payment, or the real time solution to issues that arise.
They take your money and pay the workers but take absolutely no responsibility for you getting what you paid for. They are a broker and an accountant but couldn’t care about the quality of the work.

They arrived a little late, but worked methodically on a very hot and humid day to get us loaded. They took good care of our things and secured the load properly. They were personable and easy to work with and I would hire them again.

Very friendly staff. Reasonable rates for the amount of work put in. I never imagined that my stuff would fit the 12' truck, but Movers went above and beyond the call of duty. Joe & Trey did a great job moving my things. I scheduled for 3 hours but with rainy weather, plus traffic I ended up needing to add an extra hour which was no big. They both took caution with my items and figured out how to move my couch through 3 flights in a tight hallway! Very respectful & offered to set up anything I needed, although I did not. Would deff recommend.

We load and unload trucks, pods, and storage units. We also assemble, disassemble, and shrink wrap furniture.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Seeing how surprised people are when they see how much a truck can actually fit inside it.
